TOTP authentication

If TOTP has been enabled as the authentication mode:

  1. Log in with your user name and password.
  2. Download an application to receive the TOTP. Supported TOTP applications/extensions are:
    Mobile applications:
    • Google Authenticator
    • Authy
    • Duo Mobile

    Desktop-based extensions:

    • Authenticator
    • Authy
  3. Enter in a name to identify the registered device.
  4. Scan the QR code using the application. If a QR code is not supported, click Cannot scan it?
  5. Enter the TOTP received by the device.
  6. Click Sign In.
