Working with the Banner widget

The Banner widgets provide high-level insight to programs and applications within the suite of applications available in Infor Ming.le. The Banner widgets can be added to the banner at the top of each page. The banner extends the width of the window, and has a background color that correlates to the color of the page. In smaller windows, the banner may not show all of the banner widgets. In this case, one or more banner switches are displayed, which you can click to see the remaining banner widgets.

You can add, remove, move, and resize Banner widgets on a page, but only in larger browsers where a four-column layout is used. You can configure and publish a Banner widget if you are assigned the appropriate permissions and if the widget is set up to be configurable and published.

A banner, in which the Banner widget can be added, is displayed at the top of the page within the "Edit page layout."
