Tasks metric widgets

There are three Task metrics available as widgets that you can add from the Widget Catalog to your Homepage.

• Tasks by Status Widget

  This widget displays the bar chart showing the weekly workload for the current user and how many tasks were opened, escalated, and closed each week for the last quarter.

• Tasks by Workflow widget

  This widget displays the pie chart showing tasks received by the current user from each workflow for the last quarter.

• Tasks Execution Time widget

  This widget displays the graph chart showing the weekly average of time elapsed between a task assigned and a task closed by the current user from each workflow for the last quarter.
