Publishing widgets

You can publish a widget to the Widget Catalog to make it available to other users.

Provided that other users have authorization to publish widgets, you can enable other users to republish a widget after you publish it. Use the Can Publish permission access level option to do so. The authorized user can then delete or republish the widget from the widget menu or the Widget Catalog. The Can Publish option is not available for standard or tenant widgets.

Note: An administrator may have created a configuration that prevents you from publishing widgets. The widget creator may also have configured the widget to prohibit publication.
