Duplicating a widget

You can duplicate a widget in the Widget Catalog. When doing so, you are duplicating the current configuration for the widget but creating a new widget on the page.

The duplicated widget no longer has any connection to the widget in the Widget Catalog, and the duplicated widget is not updated when the widget in the Widget Catalog is updated.

  1. Open the Widget Catalog. See Using the Widget Catalog.
  2. Locate the widget.
  3. Click the widget title to go to the widget detail panel.
  4. Click Duplicate Widget.
Note: If Duplicate Widget is not available, an administrator has created a configuration that prevents you from configuring the standard widget.
