Audit and Monitoring Event Search

Administrators with these security roles have access to Auditing and Monitoring under User Management:

  • Infor-SystemAdministrator
  • IFSApplicationAdmin
  • IFS-AuditAdministrator
  • IFS-MonitorAdministrator
  • IFS-AuditReportUser
  • IFS-MonitorReportUser
When you use the Auditing and Monitoring functions, if you select a day that is outside of the day retention range, you are prompted to select a date within the past 90 days. This message applies to these search and transaction functions:
  • Audit Event Search
  • Monitoring Search
  • Security Role Search
  • Security Role Transaction
