Long Running Actions

As an administrator, you can use the Admin Long Running Actions option to view and monitor progress of long-running actions that you initiate within Infor Ming.le. Only actions initiated by you are displayed; actions initiated by other administrators are not included. This option is available only to administrators with one of these security roles:

• IFS-Admin
• UserAdmin
• Infor-SystemAdmin

These types of actions can be displayed on the Admin Long Running Actions page.

• Import Users
• Export All Users
• Import Groups
• Export All Groups
• Import Security Roles
• Export All Security Roles
• Assign role to all existing users
• Import Accounting Entities

The Admin Long Running Actions page displays these details for each action:

• Action - title/description
• Status - initiated, in progress, completed successfully, completed in error
• Date and time - when triggered
• Date and time - when completed
• Download link to input
• Download link to results
