Configuring your tenant with the Mobile Push Notification Service

An Infor Ming.le multi-tenant cloud environment has all of the configuration and infrastructure to connect to platform-specific push notification services such as Apple Push Notification Service (APNs), Google Cloud Messaging (GCM), and Windows Notification Service (WNS) for Infor Ming.le mobile applications.

For the push notification service to work within an on-premises environment, the on-premises instance must call an Infor ION API running in a multi-tenant cloud environment. An authorized application with a Backend Service type must be created in a multi-tenant cloud environment, and credentials must be imported into an on-premises instance.

For every on-premises customer, a single backend service is created for each environment, and corresponding credentials are provided to them.
