Working with collaboration posts data

  1. Click the number in the Collaboration column to access all Collaboration posts for a user. The detailed Collaboration Posts window is displayed.
  2. Select to delete data for all posts or for a single post. For a single post, search by the post ID.
    These options are available:
    • Download Data: Download the user's posts.
    • Soft Delete Data: Soft delete the user's posts so that they are removed from the user interface.
    • Hard Delete Data: Hard delete the user's posts so that they are completely removed from the system.
