Updating Service Provider configuration in the Identity Provider

The procedure for updating the Service Provider configuration depends on the Identity Provider. Refer to the applicable product documentation for information for IdPs other than AD FS.

To update the service provider metadata in AD FS:

  1. Log on to the IFS/AD FS server, and start "AD FS Management."
  2. In the left side menu, expand Trust Relationships and select Relying Party Trusts.
  3. Select the RPT that matches your SP Entity ID. Right-click and select Update from Federation Metadata.
  4. On the Endpoints tab, verify the SAML Assertion Consumer Endpoints.
  5. Select Update.
