ION Pulse events data (task, alert, notification)

This table shows ION Pulse events data for tasks:

Property Description
eventTimeStamp Timestamp of the task event
eventType

Task event type.

There are multiple task event types: Created, Assigned, Unassigned, Canceled, Finished, Escalated, Delegated, Redistributed

id Identifier of the task
priority Priority of the task. There are three types of priorities: Low, Medium, High
dueDate The due date of the task
source Source of the task creation. There are four sources of the task: API, Document, Workflow, Delegation
sourceName Additional info about the source
sourceMajorVersion Major version of the task creation source
sourceMinorVersion Minor version of the task creation source
sourceId Id of the source (example, workflow Id)
sourceSubId SubId of the source (example, workflow step Id)
distributionUsers List of user identities the task is distributed to.
category Category of the task
assignee Assignee user identifier
escalationType Escalation type or reason. There are three types of escalation reasons: NotAssignedInTime, NotFinishedInTime, DueDateReached.
escalationLevel Escalation level.
removedUsers List of user identities that were removed
addedUsers List of user identities that were added
finishParameterValue Value of the result of the task
