The available settings for ION Connect in the Properties tab and their description are listed in this table:

Error Messages | Retention period of handled error messages in days | This property specifies the number of days of the retention period for
handled error messages. Note: For test
environments, the maximum retention period is 180 days. For
production environments, the maximum retention period is 360
days.

Activities engine | Send E-mail | This property indicates whether emails must be sent, for example if a task or alert is created. |
Auto Assign Activities | This property indicates whether alerts and tasks are
automatically assigned to the user if there is only one user in the
distribution list. The default value is False. When this property is set to True an email is sent to the user, for the assignment event. |

No Assignment if Out of Office | This property indicates that Infor Ming.le users cannot assign a task or alert to a user who uses the Out of office reply. Switch this property on, to avoid assigning items to a user with the status out of office. Switch this property off, to allow assigning items to a user with the status out of office. The user can handle the item on return. The default status is False. | |
From address | The sender email address to be used for sending emails
from the Activities engine. Emails are sent only if the Send E-mail property is enabled. If
this property is not specified, then the default value is used. If the From address is specified, then the domain is checked against the list of verified domains. If verification fails or the list of verified domains is empty then the properties cannot be saved. When the From address is specified in a customized email template, the From address is checked against the list of verified domains when the template file is uploaded. If the SMTP domain is not on the list or the list of verified domains is empty, then the file is not uploaded. Note: You can set up

Restrict Out of Office Feature in Inbox | This property indicates whether the Out of Office
configuration page is available in Infor
. The check box is
selected by default. Users who have the
security role MingleIONEnabled can use the
UI. They can
define delegation rules and turn the out of office status to
ON or OFF. If you
clear the check box, then all users can use the delegation
functionality. |

Send Mobile Push Notifications | This property indicates if the users will receive mobile push notifications. By default, the check box is clear. | |
Event Management engine | Logging triggers | This property indicates whether trigger data is logged. You can set the property to True or False. If Logging triggers is set to False, then logging of triggers is disabled, and a notification is displayed above the triggers list on the Show Triggers page. |
