Configuring the ION Service
The ION Service uses preconfigured property settings. After installing ION, all required properties are set using a default value, or using input from the installation. Sometimes you can adapt the settings after installation.
To open the page where you can view or update the settings, select .
On this page, the Properties tab consists of changing values of the Activities engine property to send email. The Configuration Files tab provides the option to upload or download the email templates for the email notifications sent by the Activities engine for the current tenant.
