Testing the script

  1. Click the Test tab.

    The Input document with optional document headers fields and the output document with optional document headers are shown.

  2. Specify the input values and click Test.

    The script is executed and output values are specified in the output fields.

  3. Click GENERATE METADATA to start the Data Catalog Schema generation wizard.
    The output document content is used as sample data.
  4. Use the schema generation wizard to create a new object schema.
    See Schema generation wizard.
  5. When the wizard has finished successfully, the focus is returned to the script activity.
  6. Generated output document can be manually selected in document mapping.
