Notifications

If the processing of incoming messages into ION is delayed, you may notice these warnings in the Notifications section of OneView :

• “There are <x> messages to be routed, where the age of the oldest message is <y> minutes.”, indicating that <x> messages are still to be routed by ION where the oldest of these messages is received <y> minutes ago by ION.
• "For <logicalid>, having <x> messages to be routed, the age of the oldest message is <y> minutes.", indicating that ION received messages via <logicalid> where <x> of these messages still need to be routed and the oldest of these messages is received <y> minutes ago by ION.
• If at least one Connection Point is in an error or paused state, this warning is displayed in the Notification section of OneView, "Connection points found in Pause or Error state.".
