Generating object schemas for a database connection point

  1. Select Data Catalog > Object Schemas.
  2. In tiles view, click the Add tile. In grid view, click the Add icon above the grid.
  3. Select Generate from Connection Point.
  4. Select the connection point that contains the database connection information.
    1. To view the details of the selected connection point, click Details.
    2. To create a connection point, click New.
  5. Click NEXT to select the items for which metadata needs to be generated.
