Deactivating activation policies

In the Activation Policies modeling page, select one or more activation policies and click the Deactivate button to disable them. Once deactivated, these policies switch to Inactive status. They no longer evaluate incoming documents or initiate workflows, ensuring they stop influencing any new or ongoing process flows within the current system environment and related integrations.
