Importing workflow definitions

You can import workflow definitions that were previously exported or created in another environment. Importing lets you reuse existing workflows and maintain consistency across environments without manually recreating them.

  1. In the Workflows modeling screen, click Import.
  2. Select the file that contains the workflow definitions. When the import is complete, a confirmation dialog box appears. You can then activate and edit the imported workflow as needed.
