Configuring a network connector
- In ION, select Connection Points.
- Create a network connection point.
- Specify the name for the connection point. For example, specify <partnername>.
- Click the Connect tab and complete these steps:
- Specify the Direction: Select Bidirectional, Send to Partner, or Receive from Partner.
- If you selected Bidirectional or Receive from Partner:
In the To receive documents section, import the local authorized application credentials file.
- If you selected Bidirectional or Send to Partner:
In the To send documents section, import the remote authorized application credentials file you received from the remote ION environment.
Click Test to verify connectivity.
Optional: Click Import and trust certificate to trust the remote API Gateway.
- Click the Documents tab and select the documents you expect to send and receive.
- Save the connection point.
- Model the required document flows and activate them.
- Provide these authorized application credentials to the partner's ION environment.
Provide the list of documents you expect to exchange to the other tenant or customer.
