Searching for an activity by ID

Use this task to locate a specific activity by ID. Searching by ID is helpful when you already know the exact identifier and want to quickly access activity details. This method allows you to bypass filters and lists that may contain many items. It supports efficient troubleshooting and review of targeted process instances.

  1. Turn the Search by ID switch on.
  2. Specify the ID number to find.
  3. Click Search.
    If the ID exists, the activity with this ID is displayed in the search results.
