Changing the IMS connection point to a bidirectional connection point Deactivate the data flow. Start ION and select Connect > Data Flows. Deactivate the data flow, for example to_myapp. The connection point cannot be changed if it is active in a data flow. Modify the settings of the IMS connection point. Select Connect > Connection Points. Open the details for the IMS connection point, for example cp_myapp. On the Connection tab, select Application has IMS End Point. The IMS Endpoint section becomes available. In the IMS Endpoint section, specify this information: URL Specify the application service endpoint.For example, if you use the Java IMSSampleServer, the address is: http://localhost:8000/ims/ionapi. Oauth Consumer Key and Oauth Consumer Secret Specify the credentials valid for your application endpoint.For the example services, you can use fake credentials. Click TEST to verify connectivity with the IMS service exposed by your application. Ensure it is successful. Save the changes.
