Downloading the credential file

You must download the required credential files from the API Gateway to connect the on-premise RPA application on your device to the Multi-Tenant RPA Mastermind, using your user profile.

  1. Log on to the Infor OS Portal.
  2. Click API Gateway > Authorized Apps. The Authorized Apps page is displayed.
  3. Select one of these file options based on the mode of RPA application you want to install:
    • RPA Tray Assistant: To install the RPA application in the attended mode.
      Note: RPA Tray Assistant corresponds to RPA Assistant application.
    • RPA Agent: To install the RPA application in the unattended mode.
      Note: You must enable the Service Account option and select a user to download this file.
    • RPA Studio: To install the RPA Studio application.
  4. Click Download corresponding to the required option to obtain the credential files. The files are downloaded to your default downloaded folder.
