Launching the RPA Assistant

  1. Click RPA Assistant from the Start Menu or from the location where Infor RPA Assistant is installed. The RPA Assistant screen is displayed.
  2. Click Add profile to select the downloaded RPA Tray Assistant.ionapi credential file from the default Download folder of your device.

  3. Click the created profile. The Infor Cloud Identities – Sign In screen is displayed in your default web browser.
  4. Specify your user login and password. The Request for Approval screen is displayed.
  5. Click Allow to access the Infor CloudSuite application.
  6. Navigate back to the RPA Assistant. The RPA Assistant tool displays the list of published processes.
    Note: You can access a single tenant at a given time. Your user avatar is updated and visible in the upper right corner of the screen once you are logged on. See, the Infor Robotic Process Automation Assistant User Guide for details on using the RPA Assistant.
