Rules
These rules specific to DSR creation and management must be followed:
- Some records may not allow a specific action. Each record displays only the allowed action types. For example, if a record cannot be deleted, then the option for deleting a record is not visible for that record.
- There is a limit to one action per record.
- A DSR case can be executed multiple times.
- It is the responsibility of the GDPR officer to review the results carefully before executing any actions that alter the data.
After the records are marked for action, the GDPR officer can select during the creation process of a DSR case.
