Adding a device with TOTP

To add a device with TOTP:

  1. Click User Menu.
  2. Select User Settings > Security > MFA > Add New MFA > TOTP.
  3. Follow these instructions to complete the registration.
    1. To re-authenticate, enter a user name and password and click Next.
    2. To set the secret key, follow the instructions to download the mobile application and scan the QR code. Name your new device. Click Next.
    3. To verify the TOTP, enter the TOTP provided in the application and click Verify.
    4. On the MFA Summary page, after confirming that your device was successfully added, click Finish to return to the main MFA page.
