MFA device registration

Multi-factor authentication (MFA) adds an extra layer of security to protect your account from unauthorized access and fraudulent activity. In addition to your credentials, you must use another method, such as a passcode, to verify your identity when you sign in.

After your administrator enables or enforces MFA, you must register your device the next time you sign in to Infor OS Portal. This process ensures that only you can access your account, even if someone else obtains your password. The registration steps and available authentication methods depend on the MFA provider selected by your administrator.
