Registering the MFA device with SMS

After SMS is enabled as the multi-factor authentication (MFA) method, you must register your mobile number the next time you sign in to Infor OS Portal.
Note: SMS-based MFA is supported only for U.S. mobile numbers.
  1. Sign in to Infor OS Portal with your username and password.
    After successful authentication, you are redirected to the MFA registration page.
  2. Specify your mobile number and click Continue.
    You receive a verification code through SMS.
  3. Specify the received code and click Continue.
    After successful verification, your mobile number is registered and you are signed in to Infor OS Portal.
