Adding a device with Duo

To add a device with DUO:

  1. Click User Menu.
  2. Click User Settings > Security > MFA > Add New MFA > FIDO2.
  3. Click Add New Device.
  4. Follow these instructions to complete the registration.
    1. To re-authenticate, enter a user name and password and click Next.
    2. Download the Duo application on your mobile device.
    3. Follow the Duo device registration prompts.
    4. On the MFA Summary page, after confirming that your device was successfully added, click Finish to return to the main MFA page.
