Copying a widget

You can copy a widget from one page and paste the widget to another page.

Note: If you copy and paste a published widget to a page, the widget is a local copy and no longer has any reference to the published widget in the Widget Catalog.
  1. Click the widget menu icon (…) on the widget title bar.
  2. Click Advanced.
  3. Click Copy Widget.
  4. Locate where you want to paste the copied widget.
  5. Click the edit icon of the workspace or smart panel.
  6. Click Paste Widget to paste the widget to the current page.
Note: If the Paste Widget menu option is not available, the page may be a published page. If so, the widget can be pasted only when in Edit Layout mode.
