Configuring a widget

You can configure the settings for a widget by using the Configure Widget dialog for most widgets. For widgets that do not have any configuration options or where the configuration is performed directly within the widget content area, the Configure Widget dialog is not available. See the documentation for each specific widget for details on how to configure it.

To configure a widget:

  1. Click the widget menu icon (…) on the widget title bar.
  2. Click Configure to open the Configure Widget dialog. The content of the dialog depends on the type of widget.
  3. Configure the settings for the widget.
  4. Click Save.
Note: There are restrictions to default widgets in a default application, suggested pages, standard workspaces, and published workspaces.
