After Duo is enabled as the multi-factor authentication (MFA) method, you must register your device the next time you sign in to Infor OS Portal.
- Sign in to Infor OS Portal with your username and password.
After successful authentication, you are redirected to the MFA registration page.
- Follow the instructions for Duo authentication.
According to your Duo administrator's configuration, you may have the option to select the Duo authentication method or not. Examples of Duo authentication methods:
- Verification code through SMS
You register your mobile number and receive a one-time verification code through SMS.
- Code or push notification from the Duo Mobile application
You receive a code or push notification on your mobile device. You can download the Duo Mobile application from your application store.
- Security key
You connect the external hardware key to your computer.
After successful Duo authentication, you are signed in to Infor OS Portal.
