Security Policies page
The Security Policies page shows security policy rules that you can apply to dynamic workspaces and announcements.
The Security Policies page lists existing security policies and the date and author of their last modification.
You can use these options:
- The icon to find a security policy by name.
- The icon to change the order of the list of security policies. For example, you can find the oldest or newest security policy.
- The Filter option to narrow down the security policies displayed. For example, you can filter out policies changed by a specific user or view invalid security policies.
- The and options to export all existing security policies or to import different security policies.
When a security policy is selected, you can use these additional options:
- Edit
- Delete
Note: You cannot delete a security policy if it is in use on the Announcements page or a dynamic workspace.
- Export
- Copy
You can edit the copy of the security policy before saving.
- Used By
After using this option, you are redirected to the Announcements or Dynamic Workspaces page with entries filtered by the selected security role.
Invalid security policy
An invalid security policy is indicated by a warning sign. A security policy is invalid when it depends on an missing additional user property. To make the security policy valid again, recreate the missing property. To do that, select the Additional Properties tab in .
