Activate a draft service user

To activate a draft service user:

Select one or more service users. The service users must be in the Draft status.
Select Action > Activate Draft User. The status of the users is now Active.

Note: The status of the service user can be moved from Draft to Active only if all mandatory service user properties are entered.
