Basic search

The basic search consists of the most commonly used search criteria:

Search Criteria Description
Date and Time Range Use to retrieve audit logs from the selected date range:
  • All – selects all available audit events.
  • Last 60 Minutes – selects all audit events that occurred in the last 60 minutes from the time of the search.
  • Last 24 Hours – selects all audit events that occurred in the last 24 hours from the time of the search.
  • Last 7 Days – selects all audit events that occurred in the last 7 days from the time of the search.
  • Custom Range – allows the user to select the date and time parameters.
Logical ID Select the logical ID of the application where the event took place.
Entity Type This is the entity type that the event affected. This field is read only and User is the only option available.
Audit Transaction Select the name of the audited event.
Entity ID This is a look-up field that contains all known entities in the index. For example, when the Entity Type is USER, the look-up will contain all the users with events registered.
