Reset password

  1. Select one or more users. The users must have an active status.
  2. Click Action on the toolbar and select the reset password option:
    Reset password option Description
    Reset password (by user) The users receive an email about password reset and an email with instructions to set a new password.
    Note: After the users reset their password, they are logged out of all active sessions if the Force sign off on all active sessions when user updates their password check box is selected. The check box is on the Password Management tab in Settings > Infor Cloud Identities.
    Set/Reset password (by admin) The users are notified about the password reset through an email. Contact users to provide them with their new passwords.
