Migrating data

  1. Select Portal > Migration.
  2. Click Start.
  3. In the Start migration dialog box select the data you want to migrate.
    By default, all options are selected.
    Note: If you choose to migrate tenant data, then the existing data is overwritten in the new tenant.
  4. Turn off the Overwrite existing user data? switch to migrate the user data without overwriting the existing user data.
  5. Select the Test run switch to enable the test migration.
  6. Click Start.
  7. Refresh the browser window to see the changes.

    After the migration is completed, you receive a summary log of data migrated from Infor Ming.le and Homepages to Infor OS Portal. After you have completed the migration, you can disable the migration tool by clearing the Enabled check box. This prevents data from being overwritten. To enable migration tool, select the Enabled check box.
