Duo

Duo is a multi-factor authentication (MFA) solution integrated with Infor OS to enhance identity verification beyond username and password. Duo adds a second step of authentication, such as a push notification or passcode from the Duo Mobile application.

Admin configuration

Before you can set up Duo as an MFA method, you must fulfill these prerequisites:

  • Your organization has an active Duo account.
  • You have this information to complete the Duo setup:
    • Integration key
    • Secret key
    • API HostName
    • Property type
    Ask the Duo application administrator for this information.

To enable Duo as an MFA provider, select Security Administration > Settings > General Settings > MFA Configuration.
