Infor Go configuration and setup

You can configure the Infor Go mobile application.

Infor Go supports these methods for configuring the application to connect to your environment:

  • Scanning a QR code in Infor OS Portal

    Sign in to Infor OS Portal, click the user icon on top right of the toolbar and select Apps and Authorizations. Find and click Infor Go for Android in the list and scan the QR code with your mobile device.

  • Tapping a QR code in the mobile email application

    You can receive an email with a QR code. Open the email on your mobile device and tap the QR code. The Infor Go mobile application is opened if installed. If the application is not installed, the Play Store is opened.

    The email distribution is triggered by a tenant administrator.

  • Selecting a QR code from the gallery

  • Signing in through domain-based authentication

    Your administrator can enable domain-based authentication. You can then sign in to Infor Go with your organization email address, without being required to manually specify tenant or server details.

    Open Infor Go, tap Continue and specify your email address on the Configure Your Profile page. The application identifies the tenants that are linked to your domain. If only one tenant is found, you are redirected to its sign-in screen. If multiple tenants are found, you must select one from the list and sign in with your credentials.
