Sending the QR code through ION API

As an ION API administrator, you have the option to send the QR code through ION API:

  1. Start by going to ION API:
    Go to ION API
  2. Click Authorized Apps, locate and click the Infor Go app, scroll down to the QR Code section, and click Email QR Code to Users:

    The user is sent an email:
    QR code
  3. The user taps the QR code in the email to display this screen:
    QR code details
  4. The user taps the QR code again to launch the app and automatically add the server details to the device to enable the user to sign in.
