Sending a .ionapi file for download

As an administrator, you also have the option to send a .ionapi file to users. When the users receive the .ionapi file, they can download the file, and it will automatically configure the application for them.

  1. To obtain the .ionapi file, click the Infor Ming.le User Menu Apps & Authorizations option.
  2. From Apps and Authorizations, select the Infor Go QR code for either iOS or Android and then click Download Credentials:

  3. After downloading the .ionapi file, you can send it to users.
    The users must download the file on an Android or just select the file on an iOS, and the file will configure within the Infor Go application.
