To create a custom Document Processor flow, follow these steps:
Navigate to Document Processor page.
Click + Add button.
Specify Flow Name and Description of the flow.
Add Document Classes and specify related Entities, Tables, and their associated Clues.
For Entity Classification, ensure only one class is added.
For Document Classification, add a minimum of 2 classes and a maximum of 5 classes
Add Activities such as these:
Drag and drop relevant activities like Document Classification, Entity Classification, and Save Document to IDM.
Configure properties such as Provider Name by clicking on the dragged activity.
Configure the Prompt. These are important points to note:
Modify the Prompt details, including Clues, Instructions, Tasks, and Guidelines for Entities and Tables.
The Document Classification prompt is read-only user cannot change it.
Some Clues, Tasks, Instructions, and Guidelines are read-only, while others can be edited, deleted, or added by you.
If you want to revert the prompt to its original state, you can do so by clicking the Reset button.
Before saving the flow, you can Validate the Prompt by uploading a document via the Test Model button to verify the inference. You can then make necessary adjustments to the prompt if required.
Review and Save: Review the flow summary and click Done to complete the creation process.
Alternatively, you can save the flow as a draft by clicking the Save as Draft button.
