Security roles in IDP

The security roles determine access to the features of the Infor Document Processor application. These security roles are:

• COLEMANDDP-Administrator:Administrator: The user with the COLEMANDDP-Administrator role has complete access to application. With this role, the user can:
  • Take inference from available active flows.
  • Create, edit, or delete custom Document Processor flows.
  • View all available flows, both Active and Draft.
  • Access all Document Processor menus such as Overview, Document Processor, Job Management, and Configuration Management.
  • Export and import custom flows.
• COLEMANDDP-User: The user with ColemanDDP-User role has limited access to application, can perform read-only activities. With this role, the user can:
  • Take inference from available active flows.
  • View all available flows, both Active and Draft.
  • Cannot create, edit or delete any custom flow.
  • Access limited Document Processor menus such as Overview, Document Processor, and Job Management.
  • Export and import custom flows.
