Checking signature status

To view the status of a document that has been sent to be signed:

  1. Open the Document Detail page and click the Signatures tab.
  2. Select the desired envelope.

    This information is displayed:

    • The envelope's status.

      To help distinguish the status, these colors are displayed for the text values for Envelope Status:

      • Yellow for Draft/Document Sent to be Signed
      • Green for Signed/Completed
    • The list of recipients that the document was sent to and their individual signing status.
    • An Envelope Content section. This section shows all documents that were included in the envelope to be signed.
After a document has been signed, the certificate and metadata are attached to that version of the document and saved in Document Management.
