Creating a document

Once you grant the app permission to access the camera and your photo library, these options become available for document creation:

  • Photo Library: Choose an image from the Photo Library.
  • Video Library: Choose a video from the Video Library.
  • Capture image: Take a photo using the camera.
  • Capture video: Record a video using the camera.
  • Documents: Create a document using available files.
  1. Select a file using any of the available options.
  2. On the Create new page, select the document type.
  3. Specify the required fields.
  4. Click Save.
    You are redirected to the Recent documents page. A notification about document starting the upload is displayed.
  5. Depending on you configuration, when the upload is complete, the document is displayed immediately or a pop-up message is displayed: "Upload complete. Do you want to view the content?" Select one of these options:
    • No: Remain on the current page.
    • Yes: Go to the Document details page.
