Searching
To do this, tap the icon on the top left corner and select from the side panel.
Using free text search
To freely search for text within the content or title of documents, specify a query in the search bar.
Using filters
Use filters to search in a simplified, more organized, way.
A filter includes these elements:
- Document Type
Specify a document type to narrow down search results.
- Attribute
After a you specify a document type, you can add an attribute filter to the search.
- Operation
If you specify an attribute, an operation is displayed. You can perform these operations:
- = Equal
Perform an exact search for the attribute.
- Not Equal
Exclude results with exactly matching attributes.
- Like
Include results with similar attributes.
- Not Like
Exclude results with similar attributes.
- = Equal
- Value
If you use the = Equal, Not Equal, Like, or Not Like operations, specify a value in the Value field.
Resetting search fields
Tap to reset the search fields at once.
Saving a search as shortcut
- Tap .
- Tap to save the search as a shortcut.
- Alternatively, if you no longer want to save the search as a shortcut, tap to return to the Search page.
Adding multiple search queries
To add multiple search queries to the overall search, tap under the Value form.
The query is displayed in a box under the search fields.
To remove one of the search queries, tap the inside the box.
Searching for shortcuts
To use shortcuts and search for them, specify Shortcuts in the Document Type field of the search.
The existing search fields are removed and a Shortcuts field is displayed. In this field, specify the name of the shortcut you want to search for.
