Offline mode
When you go offline, the application notifies you.
In offline mode you can only view offline documents. You can perform the typical actions to an offline document.
When you return online, you are prompted that the application is available online.
To make a document available for offline access, you must download it while connected to the internet. The option appears only if the document includes an attached file.
To download the document from either the Documents List page, click the menu icon next to the document. You can also download it from the document’s Details page.
After downloading, the document appears in the Offline Documents section.
