Signing in

When you access Document Management for the first time, the Sign in screen is displayed automatically.

To access Document Management after the first time, tap the Document Management application on your device to open.

  1. If you use Document Management version 12.0.2, select the Use ION API for Authentication check box.
  2. Tap Sign in to open the Sign in screen.
  3. Depending on the configuration defined by your administrator, you can be prompted to select an identity provider. Select the identity provider to go to the Sign in screen. Otherwise, you are redirected to the Sign in screen.
  4. Specify your credentials to sign in to this environment. The Request for Approval page is displayed.
  5. Tap Allow to authorize the mobile application. After a successful sign-in, you are on your start page.
    Note: Document Management version 12.0.10 supports Single Sign On (SSO).
