Checking out a document

Once a document is created, it is in the checked-in state. To edit the document, you must first check out the document.
  1. On the Recent Documents page or the Document Details page, click the More options icon next to the document, and select Check Out.
  2. On the prompt, select one of these options:
    • Yes: The system redirects to the Edit Document page, where you can modify document details.
    • No: The page remains unchanged, and the document stays in the checked-out state.
