Once a document is created, it is in the checked-in state. To edit the document, you must first check out the document.
- On the Recent Documents page or the Document Details page, click the More options icon next to the document, and select .
- On the prompt, select one of these options:
- : The system redirects to the Edit Document page, where you can modify document details.
- : The page remains unchanged, and the document stays in the checked-out state.
