Install and configure the IDM application

To install the Infor Document Management application, search for Infor Document Management in Google Play Store (for Android devices) or the App Store (for iOS devices), and download it.

Alternatively, if your organization uses a solution for Mobile Device Management (MDM), the administrators can distribute the application through the MDM system to manage installation and removal centrally.

Supported configuration methods

Document Management supports these methods to configure the mobile application for connecting to your environment:

  • Scan QR code directly in the mobile application.
  • Pick from Gallery: Select a QR code image from your device.
  • Import IONAPI File: Use the .ionapi file.
  • Tap the QR code in an email using your mobile email client.
  • Apply app configuration policy using a supported MDM solution.
