Installing and configuring the IDM application

  1. Download the Document Management application from the App Store.
  2. Tap Install.
  3. After the installation has finished successfully, tap the application’s icon to open the mobile application.
  4. If you use Document Management version 12.0.2, select the Use ION API for Authentication check box on the Sign in screen.
  5. Tap Settings.
    The Add Profile page is displayed.
  6. Tap Scan. The camera on your device is activated.
  7. Scan a QR code to add the profile to the Profiles page.
    After the successful scan of the QR code, all the values in the fields on the Add Profile page are filled.
  8. Tap Continue to trust the certificate and validate the connection.
  9. Tap Save to save the profile.
  10. Tap Done to return to the Sign in screen.
